Answer Hello Will, The float switch and sensor would not cause a problem of no drain. You will want to check to make sure that the motor is getting power to it when the unit is calling for water. It is possible that the drain pump has failed. If there is power getting to the pump during the drain cycle then you would need to replace pump. If pump is running then it could be an issue of the impeller being faulty.
