I only get warm water regardless of the temperature I select. Do I need to replace the switch that selects temperature or the sensor
Answer Tim, You're on track, It's most likely the water temperature switch W10179666 the "sensor" is internal of the water inlet valve W10175893 and seldom fails. Check and make sure there are no loose connections or corrosion on the temperature switch connector pins, the replace the switch, it's more susceptible to failure.

Answer Hello Cynthia. Check and see if the lid switch is bad on the unit. Also, make sure there is power coming to the washer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
