This is the part I need. However, how do I take the old one out of the connector? What do I do? What tools do I use? Average Joe.

Answer Hello! You will need to use some sort of pick tool (ice pick, knife, etc.). Locate the connector that this terminal is located in, press in on the tab holding the terminal in place and pull out. This will remove the wiring and terminal. Hope this helps, thanks!
