Answer Hello Andy. This issue could be caused by a bad water valve and or a bad board. For your model number and serial number, the water valve will be 22003834 and for the board it's 22004299. Thanks!

Answer Hello Scott, Te water valve has failed and needs to be replaced, the pressure switch hose is stopped up, or the pressure switch has failed. To determine if the water valve has failed, while the unit is filling with water, unplug the machine. If the water continues to run in, replace the water valve. If the water stops, check the hose to the pressure switch. Remove it from the pressure switch and blow through it toward the tub, If it is clear, replace the pressure switch.

Answer Hello Frank, The first thing that I would check is the water valve. Take the hoses off the valve and check screens to ensure that the screens are not plugged. If they are clean the debris out of it. Second, if the screens are clear then you want to check power to the valve. There should be 120vac to the water valve 285805. If you are getting 120vac then you would need to replace water valve. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Arnie. Yes, the valve 22003834 could be the issue. Also, the manufacture suggest the washing machine be leveled with the front a little higher than the back to help the dispenser and the spin cycle.
