Answer Hello. Check and make sure the fan is running at full speed, and not slowing down. It comes on to circulate the air inside the refrigerator. If the refrigerator is not coming on properly and keeping cool, then you may have a thermostat problem. Hope this helps.

Answer Test the temperature inside the unit. If the temperature is correct, then the thermostat is ok. The drain hose needs to be cleared out, where water flows freely down it. If the freezer temperature is to cold, it can cause problems with the drain.
