Answer Hello P. Conway,
Unfortunately we do not have instructions on how to change out this thermostat kit.
the thermostat in my oven has 2 male plugs like yours, but mine are on the same side & mine also has like a jumper for one of those 2 plugs to fit on 1 male side, so i really have 3 female plugs fitting 2 male adapters. Which of the 2 plugs gets (on your part)gets the jumper for the 2nd. plug ?

Answer Matt, Both thermostats should have the same terminal labels ( L,BA,BR etc.) The wires from the original thermostats should attach to the same labelled terminal of the new thermostat, regardless of location on the new switch. The jumper wire will transfer as well, once you start the wiring process. If necessary, please supply a model and serial number of your range, and we'll assist you more, if a wiring diagram is available. Thanks and Good Luck
