I want to replace the oven thermostat in my stove. The one in the stove is #311495 and the one you carry as a replacement is #660564 (I actually ordered one and am in the process of returning it). The problem is: The one in the stove has 4 wires connecting to it and the part listed as a replacement only has 3 connectors. Any ideas? Thanks.

You did answer my ? I' am still concerned about the temp staying more even. But when you pre heat the oven and set it at a certian temp like 375 deg shouldnt it stay right at about 375 or a few degs one way or onther instead of jumping up to 20 degs higher and cooling down to 20 degs cooler, when you are bakeing a cake or bread or whatever ? Do you think the temp moduler is not working right. Thanks for the info so far. Harold
