I'm in search of a new thermostat for my Jenn Air PRG3010NP. It's part #73001048. Do you have one or is there an alternative to this part that will work?

This unit has two ovens. The smaller oven seemed to burn everything we cooked. I put a thermometer in and set the dial for 350. The thermometer stated it was 475? was told a new thermostat would fix the problem? Any advice? Thanks

Oven Igniter does not start to glow. I have replace the igniter and confirmed that it is working by attaching to a direct power source. This leads me to the thermostat as the problem. Not sure how to trouble shoot the issue. I have tried to check continuity. Not sure which leads on the thermostat to use, via trial and error I think it is the leads marked C & BA. When I check the continuity with my multi-meter the numbers jump around a little and go to 0 and stay there. Since the reading stays at 0 I think this indicated the thermostat is bad. Can anyone confirm my findings are correct? Or provide the info on trouble shooting a thermostat from a JENN-AIR PRG3610NP.
