Is there any way to Adjust the Oven Pilot light?
Ted. G. for Model Number C31000PAW
Answer Hello Ted. No, there is no way of adjusting the flame, you will need to replace the pilot 74006183 if it is bad.
The oven Pilot light is very low I have checked the line and pilot assembly they are both clear is it the Thermostat that needs to be replaced.
Ted for Model Number C31000PAW
Answer Hello Ted,
This sounds like probably a safety valve. As long as there is sufficient gas supplied to the unit, the valve sounds like it isn't opening properly. You should have your utility board check your gas pressure with a manometer. It should read 3 to 6 inches of water for natural gas and 10 to 12 inches of water for LP.
Note: This question is for the older version of this part, but we thought you might still find it helpful
Received Part #74006182 and it didn't come with instructions. This part looks
different then the original part. Don't know if it will fit.
Debbie for Model Number 31FN-7
Answer Hello Debbie. The thermostat 7515P041-60 is not the correct one for the model number you provided. It is different and will not work on your model number. 7515P018-60 is the correct thermostat. This part has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. Thanks.
