My Pilot lite is Lit, I turn on the Temp. gage.A small flame comes on but ,The temp won't come up to 350 or even snap on.It is like it is not commanded toAdvance or is NOT getting gas to do so. I feel like it has to be the OVEN thermostat. Isn't it???

The flame that comes out of the gas valve that is supplying the pilot assembly is low I disconnected the line coming directly of the gas valve and the flame is real low the pilot will stay light but when the oven burner has reached its set temp and the burner turns off it also turns off the pilot light because the flame is to low does that mean the thermostat is at fault?
