I am looking at the thrust washer on your website and the one on your website slides down n the bottom aggitator and the one i have slides over the top section of the bottom aggitator and it is flat where yours looks to be about 2 inches tall. I cant use the one that you have on your website because mine dont slide down inside the lower aggitator. Is there another thrust washer avalible or what should i do.

Hello, the problem is that the clothes just wind around the agitator and makes a noise while washing. I replaced the cam agitator assembly, bolt and washer (the old dogs looked wore out) but the problem is still there. It seems to me that there is alot of play between the top part of the agitator and the bottom. There is a plastic looking washer between the two parts, but should there be something else or is there another part that is worn out? Could that plastic washer be worn? Thanks, Sam

Does Kenmore model number 110.28912790 need this,or any other, thrust washer? I replaced the dogs and felt that I should check the thrust washer but I did not find one between the lower and upper agitator. The exploded diagrams do not show one either.
