Answer Hello Jake, Yes this would be the most likely reason that the unit will not shut off is the timer 21002232.

Answer Hello Garybo. On the back of the timer there is a green clip. You will pull out on the clip and remove it from the timer 21002232 to remove the knob 21001985.

Answer ErobE, First check and make sure there are not a small article stuck at the top ot between the tubs.If the washer fills and washes, but won't spin and drain, the motor 21001950 is not the issue(usually), and you'll need to concentrate on the wiring and timer 22004010 or 22004309 depending on the serial number on the washer. Answer Hello Tom. Use the instructions you received with the thrust bearing kit 12002213 and make sure it is working properly. It sounds like you may need to use both washers sent with the kit to release the brake package properly. If the kit is working properly, and the bearing in the tub is not roaring and is good, you may have a bad belt 21352320. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Gordon. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like you will need to replace the brake 35-6714, the stator 35-6918, and the snubber 21002026. It sounds like the brake and stator are slipping. Hope this helps.
