I have purchased a defrost timer and would like diagram instructions of how to replace this part in my refridgeratior. Do these instructions come with the part I have purchased?

Answer Hi Hailey. Your defrost timer is located in the top. You remove the front cover by lifting and setting aside. Then you will see the mount screws and the defrost timer knob on the left under the fan cover. You remove the cover and un- bolt the timer. Unhook the electrical connector and reinstall the defrost timer. Make sure that you advance the timer with a large straight blade screwdriver to the 2nd "heavy" click so the timer will start in run time. Hope this helps. Thank you.
