Answer Hello Clark. The gears move so slow, you will not see them turning unless you mark a gear and watch the mark on the timer 2183400.

Answer Hi John. A little conflicting info... If you say the heater works when the timer is manually advanced then there is an issue with either the timer itself or the wiring. Is the pink wire on # 2 timer connection ? Is the Blk on the # 1 ? Is the orange on the # 4 and the red on # 3 ? It also is marked on the side of the timer. Timer part # 2183400. The heater should have 8-18 ohms resistance. It is part # 2006751. The defrost thermostat is part # 4387499. It seems like if the heater fully gets hot then you have a wire connection issue or a timer issue. Let us know what you find and we will continue to assist. Thank You.

Answer Hi Hailey. Your defrost timer is located in the top. You remove the front cover by lifting and setting aside. Then you will see the mount screws and the defrost timer knob on the left under the fan cover. You remove the cover and un- bolt the timer. Unhook the electrical connector and reinstall the defrost timer. Make sure that you advance the timer with a large straight blade screwdriver to the 2nd "heavy" click so the timer will start in run time. Hope this helps. Thank you.
