Latest Questions

The machine will work on wash cycle but stops, won't spin or drain on any of the cycles. I kept moving it around until I was able to get it to drain. Is this the timer and is it something I can put in.

Washer only agitates on heavy duty cycle and normal cycle. During the normal cycle, the agitation does not last through the entire cycle and it is really agitating "heavy" (identical to heavy duty agitation) It doesn't agitate at all on delicate cycle. Is this a bad timer? Does it (the timer)need replacing or can it be fixed?
