This is a follow up to my earlier question, your answer was you need to align it with the proper cycle rotation, but that is actually my question how do you know the proper cycle, that little cut out can be moved so how do you know it is in the correct spot?

Latest Questions

The washing machine was filling with water with the lid up (large load setting). The sound of the solenoid changed & water quit entering the washer tub. About 10 seconds later the machine went silent. There was a burnt electrical smell and the machine had no function as if the power well cut. The next morning the machine ran again. I have opened up the washer and cannot see or smell any burnt parts. Thanks!

I ordered a dryer and washer timer. The washer timer gets stuck in cycles. Now, I have put 2 timers in my washer and it still stops on some of the cycles when it pauses. Other than the timer, what may be causing this issue?
