I have a whirlpool washer. When it comes to pause, it stops and does not move on to cool down. I can hear it kinda like a ticking sound. I have to move to other cycles to rinse and spin. It does okay with the other cycles as long as I move it. What would cause this problem? Thank you

Latest Questions

My washer catches the water, washes, comes to the end of cycle and does not spin. I can hear the clock ticking, it goes to the next cycle, washes again , then repeats the above process. At the end the machine still has all the water it collected first. Can you help ? Thanks

My Whirlpool washer fills with water, agitates the clothes, stops (doesn't drain) then continues to fill again causing the tub to over flow. If I stop it, move the dial to drain, it will drain the tub and spin. I have no idea what is wrong and have not been able to find the problem. It seems to work all except that first inital drain.
