My washer stopped between cycles and started to smell like a hot electrical smell and wouldn't continue. I turned the timer clockwise 360° and it worked fine. Should I replace the timer? Thanks
Answer Hello Sherman,
This could be the timer but could also be caused by debris in the drain pump, a failing lid switch, or a mechanical issue with the spin basket and/or associated parts. This unit will need to be opened for diagnosis before ordering parts to avoid a mis-diagnosis.
What is the phone number for repair?
Answer Hello Cora. Sorry, but we do not offer service at this time. We are an online appliance parts retail company helping DIYers repair their appliances. Thank you!
