My washer will not move from cycle to cycle by it self. We were also having problems with it not spinning. We replaced the lid switch (which we purchased from you last week). Is it the timer that we need to replace?

Answer Hello Rhonda,
You either have an open timer motor or the 120Vac is not getting to the timer motor through the timer contacts. The only way I can see that the timer won't be at fault is if the harness is shorted or open so the circuit to the timer motor is no longer working properly.
The unit fills with water & does wash cycle but will not drain or spin. Is this the timer switch that has failed?

Answer Hello Michael,
You will want to check your drain pump to make sure that nothing is caught in it causing the motor to not operate. If the motor is running and stalling this is the most likely cause. You will also want to check to make sure that the pump is turning.
