The washer cycles through to the spin part of the cycle then stops, you have to turn the timer slightly to get it to spin, then it finishes the cycle. is the timer bad? or could something else cause it to stop as I described.

I have a Kenmore washer which stops in between the rinse and spin cycle. It will completely stop and after 10 to 20 minutes it will start back up. I am not sure if its my wire harness or timer issue. please help..

I have a Kenmore 300 Series washer. When it is done washing the clothes, the washer is still full of soapy water. If you re-adjust the knob back to the spin cycle, it may or may not drain. If you do it a few times, it completes the cycle properly. Not sure what the issue is.
