How to fasten to top down to cabinet?

Answer Hello David. If the top is loose from the cabinet, you will need to remove the cabinet and use some 5/16" self taping screws and screw the top down from under the unit.
Agitator is not working. All other settings work.

Answer Hello George! Remove the agitator, check to see if the teeth under the agitator is stripped. If they are, the agitator will need to be replaced, part number 3946501. If the teeth are not stripped you can be looking at a gearbox replacement, part number 3360629. Thanks.
