How to take the agitator off from the bottom plate?

Answer Hello Khacvinh. Once the bolt is removed from the center of the agitator, you can seperate the two sections. The top part 21001521 pulls off the bottom part. Hope this helps.
My agitator has seperated from the bottom plate. To correct this, can I just get a new agaitator or must I also replace the bottom plate?

Answer Hello Kevin! You should only have to replace agitator top 21001521. Make sure you still have the agitator retention screw W10309247. If that is missing that will cause the top portion of the agitator to come off. Hope this helps!
