I had power outage and now oven is in-operative, both oven and display panel. Checked circuit breaker and circuit is not open. I think the power supply unit was affected.

Answer Hello Jimmy,
You want to check power to the control board. Check connector L1 to N to see if you have 120vac. If you do not have 120vac then you need to check the wiring back to the terminal block. If you do have power then you would need to replace the control board 74009714. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
What does a stepdown transformer control on an electric range. My cook sufaces, including the oven, suddenly stopped working, but clock dials ,gauges all still work. Does the transformer control these...Millie

Answer Hello Millie, you will want to look at the wire connections for any broken wires. Also the transformer has very little to do with your issue, it sounds more like you've lost L2 power supply to or in the range. Thanks!
