Answer Joe, The Supressor 4451934, is in short a "line noise" filter to reduce "EMI" interference. The most common failure is usually due to a "voltage spike" on one of the power legs (L1/L2). The secondary fault,can be due to a shorted element, or wire to the elements.

Answer Hello Narinda. You will access the terminal block on the unit and remove the nuts securing the suppressor and the wires. Remove the old suppressor and install the new suppressor 4451934. Make sure the power is disconnected before doing any repairs. Hope this helps.
