Answer Hello Gerry, With the unit making a lot of noise when trying to agitate then you will need to replace the transmission W10219149 on unit.

Answer Hello Steve. If the bearing is bad, it can slow the unit down and even prevent the unit from turning. It sounds like a bearing issue.

Answer Matthew, I'm sure you mean there is water trickling down the side of the transmission, not out the side of the transmission. At this point you'll need to check and replace the tub seal kit W10116790 it's developped a leak, again. Good Luck and Thanks

Answer Hello Leno. Check and make sure the lid switch 40034901P is good on the unit. If not, it will cause the problems your having. If so, you will need to check the pump 27001233 and see if it is bad or clogged. Hope this helps.
