The machine will not spin when there is clothes in it . whene you take the clothes out it spins normal . it is the neptune model.

When agitators are in use there is a loud click/poping sound. I rotated the pulley by hand and it catches at a certain spot(only does this rotating the direction that turns the agitators). The spin cycle works perfectly. Do I need a transmission assembly or a clutch?
