My GE washer is leaking from underneath the drive pulley. I recently replaced the hub seal and the hub nut and it still leaks. All the hoses and pumps are not leaking. It appears to leak more when it's spinning.

Washer won't spin..on the last load I was able to do (towels), it went through entire cycle, and the water was drained, but the towels were sopping wet. I tried to run just the spin cycle, the motor was running, but when I lifted the lid, the motor stopped and I could tell that it hadn't been spinning. I've checked the motor coupler, and the drive block - they're fine. The clutch has oil in it, and there's a ring of oil around the inside of the cabinet about 6 inches from the floor. Can I replace the seal on top of the transmission with this part? Or do I need to replace the entire transmission?

I have water leaking out the bottom of the tub in the middle, only when the water level in the tub goes above the top of the shaft & shaft seal. What part do I need to look at replacing? I was thinking the Shaft Seal? Thanks!
