My washer does not Know when it is out of balance. It will pound the cabinet housing a few times before it stops to rebalance itself. What part do I need?

Answer Hi Milton. It may be possible you have a bad suspension shock assembly. That part # isW10480711. You should consider replacing all of them as manufactures upgrade parts occasionally. Thank You
