Water is leaking on the counterweight on the front bottom of the tub. Is the bellow gasket bad? Is there any other seals or gaskets the may be bad?

The outer front tub is disintegrating. I don't feel much play on the back of the drum as I move it up and down. If I replace the outer front tub, what other parts are necessary for a normal repair. i.e., are there any other gaskets and parts that should be replaced at the same time that I have this torn down.

Hello, I wasn't sure if the gasket seal (part 8181673) requires any lubrication prior to installation. It helps seal outer tub to inner tub. I know to lubricate the bearings but Whirlpool specs don't specify about this seal. Thank you

Under the rubber boot inside the washer, there is a plastic strip that is coming out. When the washer has run for the last 2 loads this plastic is being ground up and ends up in the strainer under the rubber boot. Is this some kind of gasket that needs to be replaced?
