I need to replace the 4 bolts with shoulder that hold the inner tub in place. I bought the tub seal kit but it only had the coarse screws that cut threads in the plastic bearing housing. The 4 rusty bolts I removed need to be replaced. The bolts that the tub diagram seems to show (item #7) don't show in the picture whether these are aluminum cutting threads and the shoulder is not as wide as the original. You can tell by looking at the tip of the bolt - it has a chamfer. Bottom line is I need to replace my original bolts with confidence they will work. Please advise.

I stand corrected on my comment about the screws that come with the bearing kit where I stated they are for the bottom of both bearings. The screws shown in the picture thread into both the top and bottom of the plastic upper bearing housing. Four goes on top side and three on the bottom side. The screws in question P/N AP2900138 (Part 3400504)threads into the aluminum hub shown in the kit. However these screws do not come with that kit.

The AP200138 screw is listed under item #7 in the tub section for the MAV7000AWW and is the replacement screws to hold the inner "spin" tub to the top of the bearing housing kit. The screws shown in the diagram for the bearing housing kit are for the "bottom" side of both bearings when replacing bearings or removing the transmission. The picture diagram does not match the part number listed for AP2900138 screw. The received screws appear to be the correct thread pitch and possible length however they do not have the original shoulder just below the head to tightly fit into the hole diameter to keep the inner tub from possibly leaking water past the screws and rusting the top bearing. Also any play could possibly cause the inner tub to slightly rotate in the screw hole opening and elongate the holes after a period of time. The conditon with the new screws appears to be uniform thoughout various websites and has no reflection for error by you folks. Your company has been an absolute pleasure to order from and the shipping time was remarkable.
