Hello. My washer makes a whirling noise when spinning which sometimes does not complete and requires 2nd spin cycle. Someone told me that sounds like outer tub requires replacement. Does the outer tub have bearings attached which might have gone bad and/or does this sound like appropriate replacement part for my washer and if so, are there instructions available to complete this job? Really can not afford a new appliance and washer is less than 3 years old anyway. Thanks

Noisy bearing sound in spin. It's a top load washer. Does the outer tub come with the bearing and seal, or is it built into the gearcase assembly?
