Water is leaking directly to floor due during fill, wash and spin cycle (basically anytime water is in the machine) due to a crack on bottom of outer plastic tub. Crack extends appr. 2" best as I can tell. Is there any practical way to seal a crack like that w/o replacing entire plastic tub (which will cost close to a new washer to get it repaired) or just buying a new machine? Thanks, Eric.

The seal in the bottom of the inner plastic tub is leaking. There is only a small spring around the seal holding the seal in place to a lip that sticks up. I took the spring off and the seal came off the lip on the tub. I just need that seal. The seal has a spring inside so there is always pressure against the seal in the drum hub. Where can I get the seal and spring?

There is a seal at the bottom, about 3 inches widest diameter, 1-1.5 inches thick. part AP4048175 is not identical to what I have. 2nd question is regarding the same seal, the inner metal, is that supposed to revolve 360 degrees or fixed, because that is where the leak is? If supposed to be fixed, can I weld it?
