Hi, I have a tub support that just lays loose under the tub. Is it suppose to attach somewhere?

Machine has a very bad out of balance condition, will walk across floor in a ccw rotation. I replaced the tub supports, support pads, suspension springs, counterbalance spring. The balance ring is intact (checked as you suggested) and has fluid in it. Can the bearings in the tub support be bad? Machine is in pieces now, after testing and replacing above parts. It goes out of balance when up to hi-speed spin, only when loaded with laundry. I see the bearings are replaceable in the tub support, is this because of a problem like this. Thank You

Machine has a very bad out of balance when in hi-speed mode. It will nearly walk across floor in a ccw rotation. This happens with clothes in it only. I replaced the suspension pads, tub pads, suspension springs, counterbalance spring. Machine still exhibits same problem, high out of balance. Can the bearings in the tub support be bad? I see they can be replaced. I have the machine in pieces now and cannot see the problem. Thank you

Machine started making a loud whirring noise while spinning. It spins and stops fine right now, but want to fix before it causes other damage, the water pump was caked with lime, could that be the problem or is it a bearing issue in the centerpost?

Returning the washer to its upright postion after taking the motor etc out to inspect the coupling, I noticed the tub wasnt moving right, so i turned it back over and noticed a big plate isnt connected under the tub. According to your CSR she called it a "tub support". It appears to be held in by big gold nails with holes at the spike ..but they fell out ( i have them) ANYWAYYYY can you send me instructions on how to put this plate back on as it may have been the problem as to why my machine quit spinning..TY SO MUCH !!! Also while i got ya, I am not a repairman and so need to know how to tell whats wrong to begin with as it quit spinning. It would spin on the first spin with a little help but not on the second spin. It didnt make quite the "grinding" noise that is played on YOUTUBE but it did make noise...I inspected the coupling and took the clutch off etc...but parts look good or so it seems....can you help me figure out whats wrong so i can order parts plz ?? Thank you so much, Chelle
