The turntable does not turn while cooking and I made sure it is turned on. The parts look ok so what do you think is wrong?
Answer Hi Marsha, if you look under your glass tray DE74-20002B, you should have a coupler DE67-00213A that sits on top of the turntable motor shaft. If the coupler is okay and in place, it should turn when the microwave is on. If the coupler is not turning it means your turntable motor is not working. Check the wiring to the motor and replace the motor DE31-10172A if necessary. Hope this helps!
Are there instructions on how to install a turntable coupler?
Answer Hello Lillian! You will need to remove the turntable from the microwave. The turntable coupler DE67-00213A will pull off. If needed, you can take a putty knife and pry up and out on the coupler. The new coupler will push onto place. Hope this helps you!
