Turntable motor not working and it looks like a repair from underside up for access to the motor. Is there a manual information that you can guide me to to complete this repair?

The turntable rotor turns when there is no load on it. When the roller guide is added it turns haltingly. When the glass plate is added it won't turn. The rollers seem to be turning freely and don't seem to have flat spots. Is there a clutch or friction drive of some sort that may be slipping.? Does the motor need to be replaced?
