My Kitchen Aide classic blender needs a new blade assembly. The blades have become dull and unable to chop full ice cubes. Is this part available and if so what is the cost? Thank you.

My mom has had the bottom of this blender lying around for awhile. It says the upper blender assembly on here is not available, is there any way we can purchase compatible top parts for this blender? We need the entire upper assembly.
