Answer Hello Larry. According to the manufacturer the wheels 8268785 have to be purchased separate from this assembly.
I need instruction on how to install the two short tines that came with the new rake, because they do not fit together.

Answer Hi Edward. You will need to use the original tine clips that hold the tines to the basket/rack. They will be hard to pop in on purpose so they hold better. The manufactuer does not give specific instructions for any dishwasher question like this. Some will give up grade instructions if the part is an upgrade. Thank You.
