The "Cycles" and the "Options" led lights light up when I press them, but when I press the "Start" button, nothing happens. I've checked the latch door, the switch to latch door, the dishwasher fuse, the connections, the electronic control board and all seem to be functioning well. Is the problem the "Interface" unit?

The plastic buttons on the top of the door, where the wash settings are at, appear to be worn out, and only two settings work now. When I look at the parts on your web page, I see the user interface, but I do not see the buttons even though your picture shows three different positions. The dishwasher still works, but on limited settings. How do I get a part to replace both the buttons and the controls below the buttons? Is there two parts that I have to order, or is this all one part? Please help me find the right parts that I need to order. Thanks much.

I press start and nothing happens. All the other lights seem to work. The start button checks out okay on a circuit test, but when I press it, the other light ('normal") doesn't blick to confirm it will start. So I tried to run a diagnostic check. I'm not sure if it's supposed to actually wash any dishes during this. I can say that I propped the door open and kept the latch switch closed so I could see what was happening during diagnostic mode. It let in a little bit of water (1/2 cup), but that was about it. It made plenty of noise that sounded like it was working but, nothing was happening that I could see. Is the problem still likely the interface?
