Checked out water valve as previous suggested and it checks out ok. Seems that water tank may be froze. Any suggestions to fix that. How do you get to water tank?

Answer D.R.K. To access the water tank, you'll need to remove the shelves in the refrigerator compartment. The water tanks is mounted to the back wall, just above the "Deli Drawer". If it is frozen you need to check a few things first, check the freezer air temperature, it should average 5 to 7 dgrs F. Make sure there are'nt any articles hanging over the edges of the shelve , or large, tall articles blocking the air damper in the center of the top shelf. You may want to order and install a water tank anti freeze kit 12002776 as well. Good Luck and Thanks.

If water dispenser does not work and can hear pump run when dispenser is pushed. Would it most likely be dual water valve plugged on dispenser side? Ice maker still works.

Answer Hello D.R.K. First you will need to check and see if the water filter is good. Also check the water tank in the refirgerator section and make sure it is not froze. If you remove the water line at the valve for the dispenser, and press for water and water comes out, the valve is ok. Hope this helps.
