Dish washer inlet valve checked for continuity passes, checked water pressure and float valve those also check out. When trying to run the dish washer water trickles in but never fills tub area. Everything seems to run fine through cycles but dishes do not get washed due to lack of water. Is there something I'm missing? Should I change the inlet valve?

Does inlet valve control the cycle timer to make it go to next cycle? Mine was blocked so I hollowed it out now I have water to washer but constant wash. Non stop water.
