When I turn on the oven the igniter glows red hot but the gas never comes on and the oven never gets above 110deg.

Maytag CWG3100AAE wall oven will not light. After setting the oven to cooking temperature, the igniter will turn from red to orangish white, but flame assembly will not light, even after waiting 10 minutes or so. There is also a faint smell of gas after setting the oven and waiting for ignition. I have replaced the igniter (part number AP4012072) and still will not light. I measured the amperage with a clamp on; it is 3.2 amps. Then, I thought it was the gas safety valve. The website list 2 valves, part numbers AP4094711 and AP4092628. I thought both were the same so I just ordered the AP4094711 valve. Upon arrival, I noticed that the AP4094711 valve does not have two mounting screws at the bottom of the valve. This was different than the gas safety valve in my oven, which had those two screws. I tried the new valve anyway because I thought that the differences were only cosmetic, and the new valve did not work. Is there a difference between valves AP4094711 and AP4092628 aside from the mounting screws? Do you recommend purchasing AP4092628 and trying that one out? Or could the problem be something else, like the gas pressure regulator?
