Answer Rick, Since you have a new igniter, you're sure it was not damaged during the installation ? You'll need to check for 120 volts to the igniter from the clock. You'll need a multimeter, disconnect the wires from the new igniter and test for voltage across the two wires from the cabinet wire harness, no voltage would indicate a broken wire or a faulty clock relay. if you have the voltage, reattach the wires, program a bake cycle, and check for 3.2 to 3.6 volts a/c across the terminals on the bake valve, no voltage would indicate a broken/loose wire or damaged new igniter. Here's some meter usage information, [http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html] Good Luck and Thanks
Can the safety valve Part #AP4097904 be used LPG?
Dennis for Model Number MGR4451ADQ
Answer Hi Dennis. Yes, this can be used. It is considered a convertible type. You need to tighten the hood completely down on top of the inner nozzle (jet). Then adjust the burner shutter so there is no flame lift off and / or as little yellow flame tip as possible on the burner. Part # is 74009891. Thank You.
