Please provide replacement instructions for the door hinge tub spacers. How do I remove door from hinges as specified in the package instruction sheet? Do I need to pull the unit from under the counter top? Thanks for any help. The instruction sheet lacks detail. Bob K.

Answer Hello Robert,
You will need to turn off the power and water supply to the unit and remove the screws from the counter top brackets. The unit will need to be pulled out about a foot to remove the door springs. Once the door springs are removed you can remove the old tub spacers. Take notice as to how the old ones are installed so the new ones can be installed to take their places. The instructions were written for experienced technicians, so of course they will not go into vast detail. This is why you have to look at the assembly before dis-assembly. I even suggest taking a few pictures from different angles for re-assembly reference. Re-assembly of the door is simply the reverse of the above.
How does the vent deflector come off. It looks like it probably rotates. If so, which direction.

Answer Hello Jim. Yes, you will turn the vent deflector 9742780 counterclockwise to remove it from the liner. Hope this helps.
