I have a Kenmore model 15795 and I need the washer assembly slinger. When I put in the parts number 3379369 it said it was incapable. Why is that if both numbers are coming from my manuel?

The Disk fell off and the Washer is missing. How do I get a new one? Do I have to order a new Wash Assembly (third level)?

Is there suppose to be a clip or cap or some mechanism on the end of the descending plastic shaft of the third level wash arm to retain the plastic disk and stainless steel washer? If not, how are they kept on the shaft? Thanks in advance for your response. Leo

Answer Hello Leo. The disk and washer snaps on to the support shaft. If they are falling off, you will need to replace the wash assembly. Hope this helps.

The washer obviously goes in the flat side of the disc, but I don't know if the flat side of the disc faces the floor or the ceiling, and I don't know if there is another piece missing because I can't get the part to stay on the pin hanging down. Answer Hello Connie! The flat side of the third level wash arm 3379369 will face the floor of the dishwasher. This will install to the back wall of the dishwasher on the third level feed tube 9743958. Hope this helps!
