The portable dishwasher fills with water and goes through the cycles however, it will not drain. When hooked to the sink faucet, water goes in but nothing comes out. I was trying to find a solenoid that would signal it to drain, but I do not find one for this type of dishwasher. Is there a part that works like a solenoid but isn't one? What part should I try replacing to see if the dishwasher will drain? It isn't clogged as we checked that. Thanks

I ordered 99002659 Impeller to fix a broken impeller that failed last week. Your number AP4113397. The part is slightly different than the old one. The collar at the bottom is too deap and the impeller will not sit all the way down, and the screw does not reach the six sided shaft. The new impeller hits the blade below the screen long before the impeller is low enough for the screw to reach the threads. Tried running without the screw but it did not pump water when the motor ran. I cut of the lower collar to match the old impeller. Everything now fits including the screw, but I'm still getting low water flow. Please get Jenn Aid or Whirlpool techs involved. There is an issue I cannot resolve with this part. About 8 months ago I had servcei folks here to repair issues related to broken glass damaging the screen and stopping the motor from turning. Expensive repair. They made comments about this model being different fro other similar models. Please help !!!! Wally B

Just replaced the control panel, touch panel and the door latch. Now the lower and upper spray bars do not turn as it is not discharging the water. It sounds like the motor is running and the water is level on the bottom of the heater element. It runs through it cycles but no water is shooting through the spray bars. What could be going on? Thank you

After cleaning my machine pumping system, it now will not pump water during wash cycle. It does pump water out. Impellar turns at motor speed, in counterclockwise direction. Could this be a reversing motor? I did not touch any electrical items. I can not figure what I did wrong in my reassembly.
