Answer Hello Wally. There has been no issue of the impellers not installing properly, if they are aligned properly. If the water is not moving, you will need to check and make sure the water level is filling to the bottom of the heater. If not, you will need to order and replace the water valve 6-920534 on the unit. Make sure the float is good on the unit.

Answer Arash, A cracked or damaged wash impeller [99002659] [99002987], could and would create a washability complaint. Once you replace the impeller and screw, you'll need to check the water temperature (120 dgrs minimum on first fill) and review the amount of detergent to use. These can also cause washability complaints as well.

Answer Hello Joe. You need to check and see if the wash impeller 99002659 is broke or bad on the unit and if so, you will need to replace the impeller. It moves the water inside the dishwasher tub.

Answer Hi Dave. Consider replacing the wash impeller assy. It is possible that the impeller is stripped on the motor shaft. This was a very common issue of this model. The kit is part # 6-919539. Thank You.

Answer Linda, The wash impeller mounting screw is a #2 phillips head screw, or a 1/4 inch hex head screw, depending on the serial number. The screw does have a tendency to tighten up and can be very difficult to loosen and remove. Good Luck and Thanks

Answer Hello Mddozier. Once the screw is removed, the impeller pulls off the shaft. They can be tight. Hope this helps.
