Greetings. The upper wash arm does not turn. It is not clogged, it spins freely and water is coming out of the holes. Any suggestions?

Latest Questions

After emptying the dishwasher I noticed a blue flexible band, could be rubber, on the bottom of the dishwasher. It's approx. 9 1/4 to 9 1/2" in length when laying loop flat and 1/8" thick sq.. It looked like it should fit around the upper spray arm. So I put it on and did another wash and, again, found it on the bottom of the washer. Only this time it was cut and no longer a loop (19" long). I haven't used the washer since. I can't find it in any of the diagrams. My question is, did this come from the dishwasher and if so, is the washer safe to use without it?

I'm looking to repair the upper arm spray on my MDB7600AWB. The arm is fine but the small plastic piece that attaches the arm to the dishwasher is broken. If I order the new arm spray part with this include the small piece to attach the arm? Will this fix it? Thanks!
