Answer Hello Doug. There are three star head screws that will need to be removed to remove the pump. The pump can be tight and you may have to move it back and forth to work it off the shaft. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Allan H. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like there is soap scum build up in the unit and you will need to clean the washer tub using washer cleaner.

Answer John, You should only have to replace the water pump if the pump is binding.

Answer Doug, Yes you would have to take belt off pulley and drop the motor to get the pump off.

Answer Hello Kevin. Check and see if the pump is leaking. If so, replace it. If not, you need to water the unit fill, with the front panel off, and look for the water leak in the unit to determine which part is bad on the unit.
