While trying to remove my water filter I broke the cap off. Now I can't get the water filter out. Do you know what I should do to get the filter out?

Answer Hello Nancy. You will need to press the button in on the side of the water filter 4396841, and the filter will pop out of the housing unit. Hope this helps.
