Answer Hello Tom. You will need to raise the drain hose above the tub of the machine. Also check and make sure there is an air gap where the drian hose enters the drain pipe. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Bill. If the water valve is leaking water into the tub through the flume assembly, you will need to order and replace the water valve 21001932 on the unit.

Answer Hi. Water Inlet Valve Assembly Part Number: 21001932. The purple and whit wires are for the valve. The pink and white wires are for the hot water valve. Look on the back cover to see the stamped "C" and "H" for orientation. Without the model # you can hook them up and select cold or warm wash. Then lift the lid and feel to see if the correct wiring was used. Make sure the fill hoses are verified by using a bucket to flush out hose sediment and to tell correct house water supply valve/ hose combination used. (Making sure the hot and clod water hose is connected to the unit water valve). There is a supplied wiring diagram in with the unit in behind the timer. Thank You.

Answer Hello Kay. If you can stop the water by turning the machine off, you will need to replace the pressure switch Y2201474 or the pressure hose on the unit. If you have to turn off the water to stop the water flow, you will need to order and replace the water valve 21001932 on the unit.

Answer Hello Mickey. Try filling up the washer on a different water temperature. If it will fill on hot, and not on cold, You will need to replace the water valve 21001932. If it does not fill on either, you may have a bad lid switch 12001187 or pressure switch 21001882. Hope this helps.

Answer Hi Johnny. If you washer will not fill (espically) on both hot or cold, then do you hear them humming when called for a water fill? If so then you will need to replace the water valve. Part # is 21001932. Thank you.
