We have replaced the water filter twice this month, after it appears to be clogged. It starts vibrating and the amount of water dispensed is at least half the flow volume. The ice machine appears to be unaffected. What part/parts do we need to replace?

Latest Questions

While hooking up the water supply to my Amana side-by side frig, the inlet water valve split. I ordered and installed a new valve, but I still do not have water or ice. I have very good water pressure which was previously hooked up to an ice maker in my old refrigerator. Is there something I should be checking at this point? Could the new valve be bad?

Hello, I have a Maytag fridge model# MSD2756DEB and my ice maker water line from the water to the fill tube leaks, I watched how to replace the fill tube videos and I am missing compression fitting to hold the tubing in place when the water pressure goes into the fill tube. Can I just get the compression fitting or do I have to purchase a kit? Thanks!

Symptom: loud knocking noise from area of the water filter when dispensing water. It is not noticed if it occurs when the ice maker fills. 1st noticed after replacing a filter. Action: Replaced the filter a second time. Result: Noise as the new filter first filled. Stopped. Then 2+ gallons without noise. Noise returned Now. Fills about 3/4 cup, beforfe the knocking noise. Opinion: the noise appears to be vibration at the filter. Could this be the water inlet/solenoid starting to fail?
