Answer Hello Scott, Sounds like the fill tube is freezing up. Thaw it out with a hair dryer and replace the water valve to correct the issue permanently. Since no model number was posted, I regretfully cannot verify the part number you looked up is correct.

Answer Hello Ranga, The first thing you want to check is to make sure that you have 120vac coming to the water valve. If you do not have voltage then you need to find where you are loosing voltage. If you do have voltage then you want to check to make sure that the valve is pumping. If it is then you would need a filter head assembly. With a correct model number we would be able to advise you better.

Answer Larry, You're on track. The place to start is the water inlet valve 67005154. also check and replace the water filter, if you haven't done so recently 4396395. Make sure you "flush" the water supply line, before to attach it to the new valve assembly. Thanks

Answer Hello Casey, The water valve is not serviceable as per the manufacturer. Since it is "melted" together in the manufacturing process, if it is opened, it is destroyed.
