Mine is held in place by 2 screws, one on each side. What is the proper part number I should order? My model number is: ED25DQXAW00 Serial number is SC2217578 Thanks.

Hi, Just replaced my water dispenser line, but it continues to leak. One of the other questions mentioned replacing the check valve. What's the part # for a KitchenAid ksrs27ikbl01? Thanks, Dennis

Greetings, Stumped at the first step - disconnecting the water line. My compression fitting is circular and I can't seem to turn it to disconnect it. Is this a different kind of compression fitting? Also, is there a way to turn off the water for the water dispenser, i.e. leave the ice maker going? Looks like I ordered the wrong kit, and would like to have some ice while I wait for the right kit. Thanks!

Video for water disp tube: AP3108776 (4388152) Water tube assembly shows newer model installation than my fridge. My fridge has a 90 degree elbow (perhaps a 3/8" ) with a 1" nut to hold elbow to freezer door bottom. It in no way resembles the easy disconnect of the tube from its supply shown in the video. Before I tackle installation of new part, I'd like your best advice to proceed. My built in was purchased circa 1995. My part was purchased: Order Date: 10/27/2013 Order Number: 3782107

A workman broke off the nozzle that directs the water from the dispenser downwards rather than straight out as the white tubing that's left is doing. This nozzle was held on by a screw that's still there in the door until the tubing and I want to replace this, but don't need all the tubing that comes with replacement part 4388152. Is it possible to either just get the parts I need, or remove them from the entire tubing fitting? I can't imagine getting the tubing up through the door and the new one down again, but if I can pull the nozzle and "plate" from the new piece and attach to the old tube and door with the screw, I'll be good. Your earlier advice, please and thank you.

You suggested to install a check valve to stop the water dispenser leak (It constantly drips from the tube). The refrigerator parts manual doesn't show a check valve! So, how and where do I install it? Thank you very much for all your help.
