The hot water is not coming out jut the cool one. How I can now that the problem is the water valve?
Answer Hello Francisco! Make sure that the hot water inlet hose is not clogged and the inlet screen is not clogged. If all is ok, you will need the valve 22002708. Thanks!

When you select cold/cold on any cycle the water comes out warm so I changed the water valve. The same thing. Then I changed the temperature switch. Same thing! Any ideas? Thanks!
Answer Hello Dennis,
The design of the modern washing machine does not allow a cold only fill. The reason for this is because of the detergent. You see, the actual cleaning of the clothes is accomplished by a temperature activated chemical reaction. From 60°F to 70°F, you get a light chemical reaction. From 70°F to 80°F you get a stronger chemical reaction. Anything above 80°F is considered a hot wash because you will get no better wash result from 120°F than you do at 81°F. Now, in the other direction, you have the opposite situation. According to the engineers, if the water temperature is below 60°F, you get absolutely no chemical reaction from the detergent. It is for this reason that the engineers decided to build in the capability of the machine to force the chemical reaction to prevent poor wash results.
So, this is why you get warm water when it's set to cold. It's automatic. Now to throw a bit more in the mix, most machines manufactured today have to have a hot water line to it and turned on. These units have a temperature sensor on them and will give a fault code if they don't sense hot water from the hot valve.
