Water dips inside when machine is not in use.
Answer Mike, you'll need the replace the inlet valve. We will need your model number to determine the correct replacement available for your model. Please obtain this information and repost for further assistance. Thanks.
When the washer was filling up with water for the rinse cycle the water did not shut off. This has now happened two or three times. What can cause this?
Answer Hello Dan. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch. If the only way to shut off the water is at the shut off for the water hoses, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit.
